For Badminton

I don’t remember when I played badminton in a court last. So it was nice to be invited out to a three way game. It was nice to move around and run about and break a sweat. We were joined in the game by a fourth person, someone who was just hanging around the court looking to play.Tomorrow morning I will be sorry, my arm will be sore but tonight I was glad to work up an appetite and come home to a hot dinner. Maybe that gym membership renewal is in order….
