Time!
It’s fascinating how a man made concept of measurement wrecks havoc in our lives, multiple times, if not daily but almost every couple of weeks? It freezes when you desperately want it move quickly and runs as quick as a cat when you want it to stop right there.
We’ve become so fussed with it that we have invented terms associated with it and are using it on a daily basis (daily, a time related word), giving what so ever no respect to the natural clocks inside us. (The early humans were so lucky they didn’t have a boss who kept records of what time they reached office, well, hunting gathering spot for them? :O ) An optimist would argue that because of time, we are able to embrace the subtle nuances of events happening around us and appreciate different things and people in our lives.
I’m no optimist today, nor a pessimist, just a simple guy who doesn’t want time to move now. When emotions take control of the individual, things like time start to suck! I really wish you freeze now, if not, then please move as fast as you can, because I can’t wait to get back here, to a place where I feel loved and need not be aware of you till the day of my departure. To a place, where I feel home.
