Two years ago, a tech-startup owner requested me to help him to get a project from any educational institution. I contacted with a head master and asked him whether he needs a school web portal or not. He said that his school need a web portal but he didn’t find any good web solution provider company. So, I helped suggested him the tech-startup owner who was looking for a project from educational institution. Later, that startup made a the project for that school. Here, story could be finished but not. Story begins here.

The solutions provided by the startup was not good enough and had some major bugs according to the school head master. In contrast, that startup is claiming that school authority didn’t tell them about the bug when they provided the solution. Software or web application testing is an important part of any project but probably that startup didn’t do it. As both organization made a contract on the portal previously, that tech startup was bound to take care of the portal and they have been paid yearly for maintenance. It’s been two years but they properly fixed the bugs yet.

I was in the middle and I didn’t get any benefit for it. I just help both of them but now two parties are complaining me. Helping both side was a mistake because nobody looks at their own drawbacks rather they are blaming me for this situation! What else should I do if helping people became a curse?!
