On the 15th of March, as the entire world came to a standstill owing to covid19, it forced companies to go online. As people settled in and got used to working from home, many office-based teams realised that employees could be productive and focused even in their houses. Being present in the office all the time is no longer a necessity. Employers everywhere began to understand that remote work really works.

Our team at dalalstreet.ai is spread all over the world, comprising people from different cities, countries and even continents. Due to the current pandemic our teams are operating virtually, and it has been in that mode from its inception. Hence, we were able to bring together people from different places like Nigeria, UAE, UK and of course India, enabling input of various thought processes. Working from the comforts of our homes we have been able to maximize our output, following the professional protocol, consequently, allowing space for new innovations and strategic ideas. We aim to be supportive of each other, playing to our strengths and helping others broaden their horizons. Working as a team has not only helped dalalstreet.ai to evolve and have a mark on the global platform but also show personal growth.
Operating from home has really been advantageous. As per the recent news, Bill Gates said that work from home is going to be more prevalent even post Covid-19 pandemic.
Teamwork
A challenging business climate needs to be engaged by effective teamwork. It provides an opportunity to come together and establish a common ground for the fulfilment of specific objectives.
