U.S. Seconds Israel’s Partition Plan B for Syria

The Guardian reports: “John Kerry says partition of Syria could be part of ‘plan B’ if peace talks fail.” I anticipated this very language (used by Kerry himself) a week ago when I titled my Antiwar.com column, “Israel & Syria: Plan B is to Balkanize.” In that article, I discuss the Israeli Defense Minister’s endorsement of a partition.
