I’m a big consumer of seaweeds and micro algae in my diet. Most people don’t realize how nutritious these foods are and how they’re likely to be the foods of the future.

I came across a great article about a factory that manufacturers micro algae. I figured I’d chat with you as well as a detailed list of different types of seaweeds and micro algae.

Several types of algae are edible and commonly consumed around the world. Here are some of the most popular edible algae:

1. Spirulina: A blue-green microalga that is often sold as a dietary supplement in powder or tablet form. It’s high in protein, vitamins, and antioxidants.

2. Nori: This is a type of red algae commonly used in sushi and as a snack in sheets. It is rich in vitamins and minerals.
