Asparagus is a great addition when creating salads. It dresses up a regular salad, makes it elegant. I hope you will enjoy this creation. I was able to find some young asparagus. Asparagus has low calories and full of vitamins including vitamin A, C, E, K, Potassium, Phosphorus and Folate.
