Different Shades!

We were on a holiday this week, staying at a beautiful place with the sea just touching the feet of the mountainous ridges, where our house was.
A house with this spectacular view, sunny skies, blue ocean, and a magnificent eucalyptus tree!
But can you believe it, it rained on us, half the time we were there!
And not little rain, but, continuous rain, a record rain for the area!!
We couldn’t go out anywhere, do anything other than stay in, sit and watch outside for those couple of days!
It could have been extremely frustrating. But I believe, we were saved by this view, or frankly speaking, by this tree!
I would call it, My big gum tree! As at least, I just spent the whole time watching this tree, that was growing majestically, behind the back deck!
Day one, when we had arrived, it was late afternoon, the sky was azure blue and the tree lush green, and golden!
The afternoon was followed by a perfect evening, and a starlit night!
Second day we woke up, and it was raining, and it stayed like that the whole day, and then a wet night, which was then followed by yet another day of rain, rain, and rain!!
