They say you should color your plate to have good health. What can be more colorful than fruits?

It was reported by Medical News Today :

“Study leader Dr. Tamlin Conner, of the Department of Psychology at the University of Otago in New Zealand, and colleagues found that young adults who were given extra fruits and vegetables each day for 14 days ate more of the produce and experienced a boost in motivation and vitality.”

In other words, eating fruits leads to the wellness of the mind and body.

I have always loved fruits and enjoy eating them every day. Certain fruits like bananas, oranges, and kinnow’s have natural protection as they have a covering. Even if there is no water around and you are hungry you can peel them and eat them anywhere.

A Banana is even called a poor man’s health care. It is cheaper than other fruits and it is loaded with nutrients. It helps in improving blood sugar levels, and digestive health. It is full of antioxidants and potassium and makes you feel full. I eat a banana every day and enjoy the scent.

When I was a kid, I would go up a mango tree or a guava tree and even do my homework…
