Reading parts of this book, I found that a new, deeply buried pain had returned. Pain I was sure I got rid of. Life is so amazing that we eliminate specific memories. But reading about someone experiencing the same hell, the memory returned and pulled the pain from forgotten places deep inside of us.

Feasting on more of this book, I realized that I have lived some of this. I can pinpoint lots of humans in and out of my life with Narcissistic behavior.

Terms, oh my, the terms I have learned. I had never heard of narcissism, stonewalling, passive-aggressive behavior, entitlement, gaslighting, or trauma bond. Once you experience it, you learn all the terms and resonate with them. Libby Shively McAvoy
