✅ Writer’s Block Blues: Stay Cool

Everyday is Monday for most writers as we look at the blank sheet of paper and ponder, . . .WTF. . . am I going to write today. . . . I taught students how to write for over 30 years, so here are some of my tips to fight writer’s block, so my students loved it and took me many times and some became my friends.

✅ Mantra Matrix: Meditate the Blues Away: Stand Up

The best way to write is to NOT to write: meditate instead, procrastinating the blues away by stretching, by smiling, and by becoming rays of SunShine: SHINE!

1. Breathe in deeply, for 3 seconds: Forgive yourself for not knowing what to write about, love yourself, and be yourself. Smile!

2. Breathe out deeply, for 6 seconds: Let it go, that idea that you can’t write anything today! SMILE Big time!

3. Hold your breath for 3 seconds: Smile for a long time! BELIEVE in yourself, for you are a great writer.

Repeat again, release it, and reawaken your faith in your creativity, so REPEAT at least 3 times, cycles of 10 times can be healing too.

✅ Healing Sutra of Meta-Writing Exercises

Stand up and breathe in deeply, shake your booty, and laugh a bit, so are you ready to do some mind yoga exercises for fighting writer’s block?

1. Shoulder rolls forward for 3 seconds, breathe in. . . . .Let it go, that idea that you can’t write anything today! SMILE Big time!

2. Shoulder rolls backwards for 6 seconds, breathe out. . . .Smile for a long time! Love Yourself!

3. Shoulder relaxed for 3 seconds, Holding your breath, . . .Smile for a long time! BELIEVE in Yourself!

Repeat again, release it, and reawaken your faith in your creativity . REPEAT at least 3 times. . . Even a cycle of 10 times is also healing.

✅ Zen Yoga Walking of Mind Travel ✅

Walk around and breathe in deeply, move your booty, and smile a lot, so you are ready to mind travel to Planet X as a way to fighting writer’s block, like a hip hop artist, do not move the hands; instead, have them touching your sides.

1. Sliding the right foot forward, do not lifting it off the ground, 3 seconds, floating, you are orbiting planet X: Let’s go! SMILE Big time!

2. Sliding the left foot forward 6 seconds: not lifting up, breathing out: Landing on Planet X. Let go of the Negativity!

3. Looking left and right, about 3 seconds: holding the breath. Dancing electric and exploring the Brave New world, seeing is BELIEVING!

Repeat again, “Zen Walking for Yogi Masters,” reawaken your creativity. REPEAT at least 3 times. . . Even a cycle of 10 times is reward.
