Mediation to me is an inner focus when you slow down, observe, and pay attention to yourself and things within you or around you in a way that brings serenity and peace to your life and promotes wellbeing.

Meditation works anytime, anywhere. All you need is yourself and a few minutes. I find it easiest to do meditations right after waking up and before falling asleep.

Meditation can be as simple as taking a few breaths and re-centering ourselves or more complex when we go into deep thoughts and focus for a longer period when we lose track of time and space around us. I encourage you to try different types of mediations and see what works for you.

I would like you to find a comfortable position. This could be in the comfort of your home or wherever you are or outside enjoying Mother Nature. Any position works, laying down on a bed, sitting in a chair, standing in the sun, or floating in the water. It does not matter where you are as long as you can tune out and just focus on yourself.

I would like you to join me in a meditation practice to promote Inner Strength:

Life within itself is a miracle. Take a moment to think about what life means to you. Continue to take slow breaths. Close…
