Poem about the craziness of love and being there for each other
On My Way
run with me don’t fall behind
hold my hand, you’re lost and blind
I’ll make sure to pull us through
it's hopeless to try to understand you
your secrets wear and tear my heart
causing things to fall apart
follow me into this hole
the darkest place that I do know
don’t dare let go of my hand
you need me here to help you stand
inside your heart that leads to mine
two oceans kiss when mixed with time
and in the end, I'll follow through
me right there, I'm next to you
and in it all, we are a mess
but in the end, our hearts can rest
Have you ever been in love and it feels like a whirlwind of emotions, sometimes just pure chaos? Relationship love can be messy; it comes with its own level of confusion.
Real love at a foundational level takes work and will hurt along the way. Trust is incredibly important, as it creates a level of safety for both parties.
