“Wilderness is a necessity… There must be places for human beings to satisfy their souls. Food and drink is not all. There is the spiritual.”

Being in the nature is therapy for human beings. The healing benefits nature has are indeed infinite. Being outdoors can improve your mood and reduce stress.

Nature can reduce negative mental states along with emotions of restlessness, anxiety, and fear. It can evoke pleasant feelings such as happiness and a peace of mind with the release of dopamine.

When you are surrounded by nature, the number of stimuli, such as television and mobile devices, will be reduced. Therefore your attention grabs the sights and scents that surround you. You’re able to be mindful because your focus is on the present moment.

Nature encourages you to move slowly and listen to the natural rhythm of your body. Your body and mind will reap the benefits of relaxation and rejuvenation in this fast-paced world which will allow you to have a deeper look inside yourself.
