The entire world wakes up to hope in Spring. Yes, I’m talking about the season Spring. Mother Nature reminds us to renew our soul while looking around. And it is the hope that probably makes spring the most positive season of the year.

In tropical climate as in India, the short-lived Spring normally extends from mid-February to April/May. There are sights, sounds, smells and flavors bursting everywhere you set your eyes. There is vibrance and colors in the natural world.

The plants, trees, shrubs put forth new leaves and the gardens charm the eyes with a host of beautiful flora and fauna.

Embrace Hope and Festivity

Spring beacons hope inviting us back to nature, fills our sails with warmer winds and lifts our spirits. It brings joy and happiness to everyone’s heart, as it is the season of festivals and weddings.

The Indian harvesting festivals like Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, Vishu, Baishakhi, Bhogali Bihu etc. and other festivals like Good Friday, Easter Sunday etc. are celebrated to mark the arrival of spring.

Go Out

Soak in the Spring Sun as much as possible. Let the Sun in with loads of and fresh oxygen and Vitamin D good for good skin health.

Clean Time

Springtime is also de-cluttering time. Clear off the unnecessary stuff, or less important things from home. Maybe you can donate your old things to some orphanage or old homes. Plan a “Clean Home” drive too😊.

Take Care

Take care of your health. Spring does bring in lot of pollens floating in air and flu. If you are sensitive, be careful.

Get Moving

Shake off that extra fat you have gathered during winter. It’s time to be agile and kicking. So what are you waiting for? Get your SELF moving, yeah!

Watch Your Plate

The season is full of fresh vegetables. Add as much color to your plate as you think to be. Eat fresh, remain healthy.

Listen

Listen to the sound of nature. The birds chirp, the wind gently flows by, the leaves whistle. Register and feel grateful. Everyone is not that lucky as you are.

Focus On

This season brings in a new sense of hope and optimism. and offers us the opportunity to emerge from hibernation. The Spring is most notable for its rejuvenating and joyful nature.

Stay Hydrated

Needless to say, you go out more, you work out, you require more water to keep yourself hydrated. So stay hydrated even if you don’t feel like drinking water. Don’t forget this.

Enjoy

Early in the spring, the Earth’s axis tilts with respect to the Sun. Likewise, the length of daylight in particular hemispheres increases. Moreover, a warm climate results in the advent of new plants in the hemisphere.

So enjoy the magical nature in varied colors and hues and create beautiful memories.

No matter where you are, Spring is arguably the best season of the year. The season of spring represents youth, love and hope bringing with it happiness and joy. The climate is most pleasant during this time. It is indeed regarded as the king of seasons.
