Slow down for a second. Take a deep breath

Pause for a moment, let worries subside,
Take a deep breath, let peace be your guide.
Relax your shoulders, let tension unwind,
Soften your jaw, let tranquility find.

Troubles in your mind, they’ll work out just fine,
You won’t be trapped forever, this is not your rhyme.
Efforts towards growth and healing, they’ll bloom,
Not wasted, they’ll shape your life’s grandroom.

Release fear, worry, anxiety’s hold,
You’re right where you’re meant to be, truth be told.
Things may seem dim, but light’s on its way,
Trust in the journey, brighter skies will stay.

All you’re experiencing, for your ultimate gain,
This season will build you, not bring you pain.
Have faith in yourself, in the path you tread,
You’re stronger than you think, with each step ahead.

So take a moment, and trust in your strength,
Everything’s unfolding, no matter the length.
You’re growing, evolving, like a butterfly’s flight,
Embrace the journey, and let your spirit take flight.

Hope you liked the poem.
