Beep beep beep (Sound of an alarm clock).

Wake up, you, the beautiful soul.

Wake up, and feel the beauty and charm of the foggy morning, walk barefoot on the wet grass, and come to the lane of peace, calmness, and tranquility. Come and feel the charisma of the dewy morning resonated with the melody of twittering birds, smell the freshness and fragrance in the air, and inhale the energy from Mother Nature. After getting back to your nest, take a warm shower, and feel the sensation of water drops sprinkled on your body. Enjoy the sizzling sound of egg fry for breakfast, spread your wings to fly, and while going for work, smell the fragrance of flowers you pass once in a while.

How do you feel?

Isn’t these are relaxing, refreshing, and beautiful?

Yes, life is beautiful, in the mid-30s chapter of my life, I can say it without a doubt after going through and still experiencing the roller coaster of life with its ups and downs, twists and turns. We only need to fine-tune our outlook towards life a little bit, and if we can wear the eyeglasses of positivity, we will find the inner meaning of each and every incident of our life.

Still, I break down inside and shatter like broken pieces of glasses, get pressed like a smashed flower, fall like a butterfly with a broken wing when life throws me harshly in the cave of sorrows. One thing that keeps me moving is my positive attitude towards life.

Sowing the Seeds of Positivity & Growing it with Care

I have grown up seeing a living example of positivity, and he is none other than my father, who is at present enjoying his divine time at the palace of heaven. He suffered from rare eye diseases, and the expert pool of doctors declared that anytime he could be blind 21 years ago before his demise.

Guess how he lived after that earth-shattering news?

He could have lived with fear and anxiety all the time until his last breath, but he preferred to live like a hero embracing life as it came and leaving his footprint both in the personal and professional world.

His impaired vision of a maximum of 3 feet could not confine him in the cage of negativity, but he flew with his wonder wings of positivity.

Ideally, our parents sow the seeds of positivity in our childhood that we grow and nurture with time, which gradually blooms flowers and bears sweet fruits of peace, calmness, happiness, etc. If cyclones or floods of life weed out the roots of positivity, we must re-sow it till the garden of positivity blooms again. We must not keep it barren so that the seeds of negativity cannot spontaneously germinate and occupy the precious land of our hearts.

Can We Weed out the Roots of Negativity?

Yes, we are human, and naturally, sometimes our wicked vocal may call louder than our innocent voice of inner-self. We have to minimize negative thoughts as much as possible and put a signboard of “No Entry” for the negativity at the door of our hearts, and that’s the constant test of life.

If negativity knocks at our heart irresistibly, at best, we may treat it with a cup of inspiration and have a little chit-chat in the living room and motivate it to turn into positivity. But we must not allow it to be our permanent residents in the form of paying guests, refugees, or any other. That’s a big NO to negativity.

Spread the Canopy of Positivity

However, we cannot control others’ negativity, but we can always inspire them to embrace positivity through our actions. If we practice passivity and lead a content life, then others are likely to follow in our footsteps to reach the palace of peace and happiness. We must try to inspire others to practice positivity as it’s always better to grow together. For example, if you have a garden, but your neighbor keeps the adjacent boundaries filthy, that will affect the beauty of your garden.

Feel the Peace Under the Positivity Umbrella

I lived a relatively delicate and vulnerable chapter of life after ten years of my divorce, where many people tried to instill the seeds of negativity in my mind. But I chose to live those years as a learning experience with a strong belief that my fairy tale would begin soon here or afterlife.

I learned many things while dealing with rude comments coated with sweet words, a gesture of care sprinkled with unnecessary sympathy, unwanted guardians with baskets of anxiety, ceaselessly indirect mental pressure for remarriage from the unwanted people of my life, and whatnot.

But I choose to keep calm, composed, and focused on my personal and professional growth with a firm belief in Almighty. I know every single breath I am taking is a blessing. So, I waited happily, believing destiny would present me with even more incredible surprise gifts, and I was right. I am living my fairy tale now, of course, with twists and turns. I think positivity remained with me as a silent guardian throughout my entire difficult phase of life so that I did not fall into the quicksand of negative thoughts.

Let’s Plant Positivity Every Day

Every day is a new beginning, a new start towards knitting the stories of your life, a fresh start to paint your life with the choice of your colors, a new morning to give you the chance of a new beginning.

Embrace life with wide open arms, hug the small moments tight to feel its warmth, kiss the new opportunity to give your best, giggle to melt the tensions, smile at difficulties.

It’s a constant battle to fight your inner demons to be on the route of positivity, and it needs a deep connection with our creator.

It’s one life, so live it to the fullest with the spirit of positivity.
