Blue sky fades to black
impending change
suspended silence
maintained

Swirling clouds bursting
doubt overflows
still learning how to
let go

The clearing between
deep ravines
atmosphere transforming

The clearing between
the unseen
more peaceful in the morning

Lightning comes faster
on your own feet
never accepting
defeat

Faint horizon calls
reaching new depths
greater than you can
expect
