Image of a woman kneels in a clear, shallow river surrounded by towering 400-meter cliffs of granite, sandstone, and basalt in an ancient, spring-fed canyon. She carefully gathers smooth stones from the riverbed, her movements calm and reflective. Its natural beauty emphasizing a sense of journey and transformation. The image complements the poem about shedding armor, releasing heaviness, and embracing one’s true essence to enter a new phase of evolution.

To enter the next phase of evolution,
armor is not needed.
Your bare skin must fully feel what awaits.
Only your true essence can face what’s to come.

Upon removing your armor,
the heaviness that covered your heart,
that distorted the truth of who you are, is released.

No longer bound by old fears, identities, and beliefs
that limited your experience,
you are lighter as you enter this next phase.

But there will come a time,
when, once again, you will be called
to step onto a new pathway
and remove yet another layer —
in this endless cycle of release and expansion
that defines your earthly journey.
