This morning when I woke up, I went straight to my front balcony to watch nature. The light morning nip was promising that there would be a change in the weather soon.

Overlooking my balcony is this huge Alistonia Tree known for its beautiful light green flowers. I love the flowers. They look like dancing clusters.

The flowers and the tree look similar so it is difficult to take a picture. I took several photos from different angles and finally was able to get one when the sun was peeping with the sunrise into the leaves of the tree.

When I shifted into my home 32 years ago we planted it. Little did I know that this tree would be so tall and have such a graceful structure. I did not even know its name.

The Alistonia tree has bunches of flowers. It lets out a strong perfume. It is also known as the “Devil’s Tree” or “Saptaparni.” It has a special place in my heart.

It is adorned with clusters of star-shaped flowers, that come out only during this season. It brings a sense of peace and happiness. The tree exudes an aura of calm and peace.
