Be still to hear God’s whisper in your ear.
Be still to see God’s reflection
Be still to feel God’s presence and love
Be still to sense God’s essence in nature.
May God rain down on you
May the waters cleanse, purify and renew.

I wanted to share the poem below. I recall during the lockdown period feeling so grateful for the feeling of sand under my toes and hoped that I would be fortunate enough to feel it again, so much so that we moved 445 miles to be close to beaches of the Scottish Highlands.
