Is there a recipe for lasting love?
That was a no four decades ago, today the answer is yes. Why was it no then and yes now? Let’s rewind the story and venture back forty years. No matter how we look at it two people in love with each other to the depth of their souls are still two not one.
Similar to any recipe that requires two ingredients to make it work, when you mix the ingredients for a recipe, though the ingredients have intertwined and mixed sometimes beyond recognition, one can taste and feel the difference in the textures and aroma of those ingredients.
Young, naive, and full of myself, I was confident of finding love. Thinking the good-looking, romantic recipe playing in my mind would conjure up a delectable tasty dish, taking us through a sugary sweet life with no worries and no sour candy to ruin the taste. Reality check: even the sweetest love relationship can have sour moments and ruin the taste in your mouth.
