How to Triumph Over Trauma at Warp Speed

Healing from trauma can seem more torturous than whatever horrible events you have been through. Loved ones don’t seem to understand you. They may even look at you as if they don’t even know you anymore, and heck, sometimes you feel so disconnected you don’t even know yourself. It is a lonely road. You want to embrace people. You want to love and be loved, yet you push people away out of fear. So, how do you speed up the icky healing process?

Buckle up and listen closely. It is not easy, but it is possible. Accept the fact that you were a victim. But to heal this trauma, you must transition into a survivor mindset. I will explain in great detail how to do that in this article.
