Unveiled – A Poem

Let’s be honest.

In dreams of fairy tales we believed,

Princes and princesses, love conceived.

But life’s not a storybook, we’re told,

Yet love and happiness can still unfold.

No horse-drawn carriage, no grand display,

Love’s battles fought in everyday.

Arguments over kingdoms, big or small,

Not a curse-breaking kiss, but love stands tall.

Finding that person, completing our soul,

A love beyond tales, making us whole.

No fairy tale can capture the truth,

Of a love that’s real, beyond the booth.

So let’s embrace the imperfect, the real,

Love’s journey, with all its appeal.

For in finding our person, our true goal,

We touch the inner self, deep in the soul.

Hope you liked the poem.
