What we are about is dancing and exercising!
We are a unique group — we love to dance and exercise to music, or get out in nature and walk, jog, hike, or swim across the lake, whatever!
Dancers
Whether it be partner dancing, country dancing, ballroom dancing, aerobics, belly dancing — you know — moving to music, exercising, jogging or walking, improving your overall well-being, toning, strengthening, burning calories, using your brain as well as your body (because you do have to think when you dance), and more.
If you are still actively dancing, gave it up, or are thinking of getting back into it, or learning, you fall into the dance category.
Exercisers
If you love to walk, hike, jog, run, bicycle ride, climb a mountain, whatever, or swim a mile, you fall into the exercise category.
