As the March Madness is starting to wind down with the final four and what not and lacrosse well underway with the season starting. I think it’s about time we focus now to thaw out our own selves.

With summer and nicer weather coming fourth we need to remember to stay active and get the winter chill out of us. While watching the next intense basketball game make sure to take a bike ride or go out for a walk and enjoy the pretty nice weather we have had recently.

Getting through the winter, especially if you don’t play a sport, can be rather difficult and boring. I know during the winter I gain a few pounds just because I’m less active and don’t take diet as serious in the winter. So making sure you’re active as possible when the weather begins to change is huge.

As summer quickly approaches it’s nice to start looking into some fitness and health blogs provided by trainers or just average people that have great insight and advice to start getting that summer look everyone strives for.

Being active for 60 minutes a day and making sure you eat properly and work put properly will help you be good for the summer time sweats
