The Rich Get Richer.

Norwich defeated Trinity 4–1 last night to win the title of Division-III hockey champions. The Cadets have now won their first title since 2010, and now have 4 championships all together.

As no surprise Trinity never had a lead on the Cadets and could only muster together one goal on the night. Trinity’s only goal tied the game, but Norwich quickly gained the lead back.

Trinity did manage to get 36 quality shots at the net, and unfortunately for them they could only get one through. It seems that the hockey gods didn’t gift Trinity with any puck luck in their biggest game of the season. The 35 saves set a record for the most saves in a game for Norwich

The Cadets finish off the season at 27–1–3. Their season goes down one for the ages.
