Some teams need a lot of help to be able to get to the final four, for Villanova it is starting to become a right of passage and looks like it will be happening more and more often in the future. Any team that is lucky enough to have such an amazing leader like Jay Wright will be good no matter what talent they have. I am a big believer in the fact that if you have a great leader then you will be good no matter what the talent level is.

Becoming a big program is a hard thing to do and Villanova has kind of taken over a very good Big East as being one of the best teams. They have become a powerhouse and have had great recruiting and players are starting to want to come to such a storied team and make them great again for a long time. For Jay Wright he got his coaching start with Hofstra and did not really have the best team, but was able to make some noise and have a good few years. When he was lucky enough to take a place in a much bigger program, he made the best of it and was lucky enough to be surrounded by some great talent and more talent to come down the line latter in his career. For what some call GQ Jay he will be coaching in the Final Four in hopes to make the national championship game again, and to be the ones cutting the nets down.
