In which sodding universe did I conceivably think that I could go out for breakfast (fancy place, but I had the muesli and yoghurt, which fits with my plain and easily digested regimen), wander around for a bit, and then go on a walking tour of Chinatown at 2pm?

Not the one I currently inhabit, that’s for sure.

Sheesh, Bowker, engage brain. You’ve been a bit poorly and, oh that’s right, you STILL ARE.

Anyway, it’s 1:15pm, I’m back in my room and about to have a nap.
