WORST GUIDE EVER

The other day we were supposed to go to Tsukiji fish market, but it turned out to be closed, remember? Today me and Tomas we’re supposed to go to the Emperors garden. Guess what? It was closed. Ended up with me and Tomas walking all the away around the garden with the hopes they might had forgot to close one of the entering gates. Bummer they hadn’t. Instead we walked around until 2pm without breakfast or lunch. Hangry and disappointed we went to a supermarket, bought some Onigiri and found ourselves a bench where we sat for quite a while and just enjoyed the silence and the calmness, which can be quite hard to find here with peeps everywhere all the time.

Felt the need to show Tomas Shibuya crossing as well. So we took a detour on our way home and spent an hour or so there. Lots of peeps, lots of tourist. Tomas actually got some shopping done, the first for this trip.
As I told you before I’ve had some problems with my scarce wifi. Few things makes me as frustrated as bad wifi when you’re trying to pull of some work. Aggressions deluxe. Did som chatting with a few co-working spaces today and yesterday and think I’m gonna do some visits early next week. Just need to figure out what’s an acceptable commuting time and wage that against the cost of renting a hot spot. But at the moment it just doesn’t feel like café hopping works since I really really need som high speed quality connection — this might stress me to death otherwise.

Tomorrow we’re going to do another try at the Tsukiji Fish Market (no, I won’t check the opening hours before). Then do a workday, go for a run and later on go to Shinjuku with Tomas for dinner and drinks. He’s leaving on early bird Friday so we’re going to make a night of it tomorrow. Hopefully we’ll meet up with some other friends during the evening as well.
