Social Miner of the Hour Ep.02: Interview with Ray
The protagonist of the Ep.02 of the series Social Miner of the Hour is Ray, from Indonesia. He used to work in Jakarta as a stock trader, in forex as well as in crypto, but then he followed his ambition to become an influencer, he currently works for Avalanche Social Mining Indonesia and now he is standing out in his role on DAOVERSE.
We’ve had the pleasure to interview him and now we tell you his story and his experience in DAO Labs so far.
What do you think about Social Mining?
“I prefer to call Social Mining learn to earn on projects, practice the skills we have such as how to become Developer, Marketer, Business Developer, Blockchain Enthusiast, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Social Media Influencer, Content Writer, Content Translator, and Strategic partner. Also, I was taught how to be a good personal branding to be a good Social Miner and always prioritize quality over quantity.”
He started his experience with Social Mining at Avalanche Indonesian since August 1, 2021, with great results in terms of Reputation and Influence as well as growing personally and professionally. He now knows blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, NFT, Games, DApps and much more through social mining.
How can people become a better Social Miner?
Ray is aware that being a good influencer involves reading and studying before making a tweet, in order to gain a good reputation over time.
“A good social miner from my point of view — declares Ray — means, for example, thinking and analysing the potential of our tweets through high engagement in terms of likes, RT or comments. Avoid spam tweets, such as repeated tweets, and lots of hashtags and don’t contain the content of the message conveyed. It is also important to monitor everything about your tweets through the DAOVERSE platform.”
Ray is ambitious and versatile, as much as all the members that approach DAOVERSE, for this reason, apart from being an influencer, he has the right cards to grow and learn new and collater skills to also become a content creator or a Community Manager.
What would you do to improve the usability of the platform?
“I hope that every roadmap listed on the website goes right as well as the AMA program to various crypto projects. I hope in a future expansion of the community to various countries, such as the Indonesian Community, and in the increase of the platform with new more members, and speed up task assessment.”
