The DAO Maker team is excited to introduce the new Strong Holder Offering (SHO) — My Neighbor Alice
My Neighbor Alice is a multiplayer blockchain builder game, where anyone can buy and own virtual islands, collect and build exciting items, and meet new friends.
The game is developed by Antler Interactive, a gaming company that has been developing exciting games since 2016. My Neighbor Alice will tap into Antler’s existing network to become accessible across all major gaming stores, including Steam.
This SHO is non-refundable; all raised funds will be dedicated for the project upon completion of the SHO.

SHO Guidelines
The Strong Holder Offering is designed to seed projects with supportive communities. This variable is of paramount importance.
Only whitelisted wallets are allowed to send funds. If you have won a ticket and contribute from a different wallet than the whitelisted wallet, your transaction will be refunded. In order to qualify for registration, your application wallet balance must exceed 500 USD in tokens or in Uniswap/Balancer liquidity tokens.
Participants have until the 4th of February, 12:00pm UTC, to connect their application wallet via Metamask to the DAO Maker platform. We highly recommend using your most active wallet to register for the SHO.
Each wallet will be scanned using our chain analysis tool kit. After that, each wallet will earn a score based on the criteria detailed below.
Guidelines
There will be a lottery process for 200 investors. Higher score will increase the probability of winning greatly, however it’s possible to win also with a lower score.
Given that My Neighbor Alice is a game with elements of DeFi, qualification will be based on involvement in blockchain games and DeFi, along with a behavioral tendency to have a long-term mindset towards token ownership.
Factors that play into a users metric score:
- Average time users held purchased tokens in their wallets.
- Total USD denominated value of Uniswap or Balancer LP tokens.
- Total USD denominated value of tokens within their wallet.
- Holding time and accumulation on following Tokens: SAND, ORN, OPT, CHR, CWS, ANRX, MANA, ENJ
- Active engagement in DAO Maker Ecosystem Tokens on Telegram & other social media.
There will be a lottery process for 200 investors. A higher score will increase the probability of winning greatly, however it’s possible to win also with a lower score.
The 200 winning wallets will be informed by email and on our Social Mining platform. Winners must perform KYC & AML onboarding. Once approved, winners will be able to contribute 500 USDC to the My Neighbor Alice SHO.
The public sale price of My Neighbor Alice token, $ALICE, will be 0.125 USD/ALICE.

Allocation Size
The allocation size for My Neighbor Alice SHO is 500 USD per participant.
The winners will be required to pass KYC & AML and contribute in USDC to the provided contribution wallet. Please see the KYC requirements before signing up. Users will have 24 hours to pass KYC and send funds or lose their ticket to someone else.
KYC Limitations
Citizens and residents of the following countries are not eligible to participate in the event:
Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Cambodia, China, Ghana, Guyana, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, North Korea, Laos, Libya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myamnar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Puerto Rico, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
How to Participate
Step 1: Head to this link and sign in to your wallet. (Sign-ins are open from 02.02.2021 at 12:00pm UTC to 04.02.2021 12:00pm UTC).
Step 2: Connect your most actively used ERC-20 wallet for registration. We will run a chain analysis on your wallet’s transactional activity and all the tokens/LP tokens that you hold.
Step 3: Your total holding score will be calculated and you will get a ticket assigned if your Metamask wallet has more than 500 USD in tokens or in Uniswap/Balancer liquidity pools.
Step 4: On February 4th, at 14:00 UTC, the results will be announced. The 200 winning participants will be invited to pass KYC and send 500 USDC (exact amount) to the provided wallet. Winners will have 72 hours (until February, 7th 14:00 UTC) to pass the KYC and transfer the funds.
Step 5: My Neighbor Alice ($ALICE) tokens will be distributed on the announced date to the winners’ wallets.
