Construction of technical infrastructure
Vesting
The Vesting module has completed the private beta and we will launch a public beta in the community soon.
NFT4ever
NFT4ever has completed the private beta, and we are planning to start a community-wide public beta together with the Vesting module, which will provide a circulation scenario for the shared NFT of the Vesting module.
Incubator
The Incubator adopts the architecture design of core-contract, extensions & adapters. Recently, the development team has optimized the performance of on-chain computing. Currently, the Incubator is under development as scheduled, and it is expected to start the private beta in Q2 of this year.
Construction of community
For the DAOSquare community, the community is a place to bring together talent and support innovation, and the goal is to build a community-based innovation base. This is an important component of the DAOSquare incubator (other components include VentureDAO, incubator technology infrastructure, etc.).
New community mechanism
We built the initial community structure according to the purpose and goals of DAOSquare, and officially launched the new mechanism of the DAOSquare community in March! The community consists of four groups of people: Interesters, Community Members (Passport Holders), Cafeteria Members, and Matrix Members.
Interestor. Only announcements can be viewed for public information about DAOSquare.
Community Member. Have community rights and interests, including participation in investments, all community guilds, community events, community benefits, etc.
Cafeteria. Participate in DAOSquare community governance.
Matrix. Participate in building DAOSquare as full-time.
We automatically assign and update members’ entitlements through NFTs representing different roles, and anyone can earn the corresponding role NFTs by contributing autonomously. More details are as follow:

Cafeteria
The goal of DAOSquare is to eventually achieve full community-based governance, including the evolution of the infrastructure, the operation of VentureDAO, and the operation of the community. However, it requires a gradual process. At this stage, we will work with Cafeteria to gradually build a community mechanism and carry out a lot of practice, and finally, achieve the full implementation of community-based governance. Guild
Guild is DAOSquare’s community guild. In the Crypto space, every investor actually has a real identity, which means they have different skills, there are a large number of developers, as well as engineers, designers, translators, content creators, and various industry practitioners. For the project, these talents can provide different help to the project, such as participating in the project ecological construction (developer), translating and disseminating project materials, operating the project community, participating in the project to provide early testing, and providing feedback, etc.
Guild will be open to all real community members, after the implementation of the new community mechanism, where you can contribute your talents according to your own strengths and get corresponding benefits;
WhaleDAO
It is an organization specializing in helping overseas projects to carry out PR. The work includes community building and operation, organizing activities, content output, etc. At present, the main focus is on the Chinese ecosystem and will expand to Asia and the global ecosystem in the later stage. The currently operating projects include Aragon, LUNA, API3, BrightID, Ceramic, etc.

Devil
Devil is our developer guild, and DAOscape is a product independently developed by Devil members, an aggregator of the DAO ecosystem. At present, some modules of this product have been used on the Landscape page of the new official website of DAOSquare.

dao2 is a real high-quality content space we are building. It is a medium that establishes the level and height of DAOSquare in the domestic and global DAO/blockchain field. Dework
Dework is a Web3 task system. As mentioned before, we believe that the task system is one of the four elements supporting the prosperity and development of web3 and DAO. The DAOSquare community also uses Dework as a coordination and reward tool for community tasks.
