- Participation in this program is a privilege granted Dapp.com users who choose to participate. Dapp.com reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate a participant’s account at any time at its sole discretion. In the event a participant’s account is terminated, all benefits including all accrued DAPPTs and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited.
- Dapp.com specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the program, or any participant’s account if a virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of the site, or if a participant violates the Terms, as determined by Dapp.com in its sole discretion. In addition, Dapp.com reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or permanently ban any specific participant’s participation in the program if Dapp.com suspects that the Participant is conducting fraudulent activity to acquire or accumulate DAPPTs including, but not limited to, by creating multiple Dapp.com accounts, making false referrals, otherwise abusing the program, or if Dapp.com suspects that the participant is re-selling DAPPTs earned through the program.
- Dapp.com reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the program, to amend the Terms, or to terminate the program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to participants. Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to participants via message or email, or by being posted on the site and will be effective when emailed or posted on the site as applicable unless otherwise stated in such notification.
