AI Wearables: What’s New?
AI pin, tab, rewind pendant…
People have been saying that the wearables are the next big thing for years. But it never happened, really. Apple watch and Oura ring are cool — like nerdy cool — but not they are not a must have. In fact, a lot of consumers are still saying that wearable tech is too expensive and confusing. It’s fun and mildly useful, especially when it comes to tracking your habits or health, and that’s about it.
But here we are, in 2023. We’ve got AI wearables now.
Will it be the next big thing? It’s hard to tell, really (thus the question mark in the title). But AI wearables are new, hot, and thus extremely exciting. I wonder how long it takes for the big companies to jump on the trend; Apple Watch could actually benefit from some AI magic.
The AI fever is far from being over and people have been waiting for exciting wearables way too long. A lot of products are still in betas but people don’t care; pre-orders and waitlists are filling up quickly.
So what have we got there?
