Dare to Challenge: “Life Below Water”

How we became a team

This is an article that talks about an acquaintance of 5 students, a common concern about a problem we are facing these days and the finding of a solution about this problem.

We made a small team which is consisted of five members, Lazaros Andrianos, Sofia Mazokopaki, Nefeli Staikoura, Ilias Solomos and Dimitris Plastourgos. All members of the team were concerned about many problems our world is facing such as inequalities, hunger, etc. But we all agreed that the problem which concern us more and inspire us as a team is the sea pollution and the extinction of endangered species.

The five of us, tried to think what we could do and try to eliminate this problem and stop the course of extinction some species were facing. Many suggestions were spoken and also many difficulties were found. The long conversations and the questioning were continued for weeks.

Life below water, and the problems sea is facing is a big chapter and we weren’t sure which prospective is more urgent and more harmful for the environment and for the humanity.
