There comes a day that stress is all over. It is obvious. You can track it to your friends, your mom, and your boss, even yourself. Those made us wonder. Why don’t we express? Why it’s so hard to be ourselves? So as SHOUT! Project team (Athina Gkouziadi, Ergisa Zekio, Polyxeni Klini , Ioulia-Zoi Kyriakoulakou , Eirini Nikolaou, Fwteinh Stamogiorgou), we decided to help everyone express, shout, dare, share without consequences. You have to feel free & proud of yourself. So the idea came easily. Do whatever is possible to help YOU relief and feel safe.

Sometimes, stress is a burst of energy that basically advice us on what to do. Sometimes is beneficial & welcome. For instance, stress can help us meet daily challenges & motivate us to reach our goals. But other times is unbearable. Under this condition, we have to deal with it — no matter what. Stress can cause even dangerous health problems — mentally or physically.

You feel sweaty, your heart beats way too fast, you can’t concentrate & you are biting your nails — does it sounds familiar? You think you may explode… Yeah! That’s stress — the “bad” one. Where did this come from? Exam time? Job interview? It must be something. Step One : Find the problem. (what makes you anxious?) Step Two : Wonder why. Step Three : Keep Calm & Breath. Step Four : Reconsider the situation in a positive way. Step Five : Express your thoughts & feelings. Step Six : Feel confident. Congratulations! You just did it… all by yourself.

Stress is an inevitable part of life, but you can improve the way you respond to stress & avoid or change some of the situations that create negative stress. Are you ready?
