As part of our sessions, our professor Betty Tsakarestou assigned us with the business model of our project.

Me and my partners Constantinos Christodoulides and ZENIA BARRY came to a brainstorming session and we end up on these points.

At first we pointed out our key partners. These were bike and athletic shops who wanted to be advertised through our events and also collaboration with city councils and environmental organizations. Our key activities were tours through the city streets and speeches from professional athletes and cyclers. Our key resources are sponsorships from cycling businesses ,volunteers , influencers and famous activists. The value propositions is about spreading information about the air pollution, the team work , the value of cycling and some other benefits such as free electric bike rentals, tips from professional cyclers and also rental bikes with a low price for those who do not have one. Our customer relationships are about creating acceptability and have a full participating mood by sharing their thoughts and also taking part in the events. Our channels are the social media where people are keen on nowadays. The customer segments of our project are about young children, university students, people over 30 years old, activists and cyclers. The cost structure of our project is of course the zero price of the bikes that someone may have already in his homeplace, the sponsorships from cycling and athletic shops, help from local communities and organizations and of course from volunteers. The revenue streams will be raised through fund raising and a bank account in our website where people could do donations.

These were the basic ideas that we had about progressing with our project ,although the most of them need time and of course the right work in order to be processed.
