On motivating yourself

Every time I lose my motivation or energy, I do the same thing. I return to the pursuit of knowledge. A few weeks ago, I felt a bit unmotivated. You know, it was one of those unexplainable periods of time that you’re just not that excited about things. Usually, I wake up and I’m excited to get to work or to exercise. It was none of that. Nothing bad really happened, and I felt pretty good…
