Crypto-currency Basic Income

This was suggested in a recent RT Keiser Report, less a Basic Income, but more a crypto-currency to pay for things needed doing, but no explanation of where it came from.

Yanis Varoufakis and I have suggested an alternative currency for Greece, not to replace the euro, but to run as a parallel currency.

You simply create it, give to anyone with a smartphone.

Would people accept it?

Yes.

The reason why, if it is accept or accept nothing, people would accept and use.

The exchange rate would be fixed to the euro. Maybe not even convertible. This stops the speculators.
