Staying healthy in an unhealthy world is a daily challenge that is often complicated by cheap food inadvertently designed to shorten my life span.
Eating healthy is frustrating especially when healthy food does more to damage my bank account than a McFake hamburger.
Bananas however are apparently the exception…
I am going to try eating two Bananas daily while continually drinking over a gallon of water every day (I basically replaced all beverages with water)
Looking forward to seeing the results…
