4 Rules Of Exercising
This is an interesting philosophy although I disagree with the Monday rule as it is usually the best time for me to rest!
- Never go 3 days without exercising
- Workout at least 3 days a week
- Never miss a Monday
- Never give up
The last rule is easier said than done!
I do like the first two rules though…
