50 to 100
So I finally finished setting up my pull up bar (which I ordered from Amazon) & now I can add another exercise routine to the mix I am currently doing.
Due to lack of time in the morning I am only able to do:
- 50 push ups
- 50 Bicycle crunches
- 50 Dips
- 50 V-crunches
I am going to try to add 50 pull ups to the mix, although I admit that unlike the previous routines I can not do 50 pull ups consecutively.
So my goal is to do this routine:
- 10 pull ups
- 50 push ups
- 10 pull ups
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 10 pull ups
- 50 Dips
- 10 pull ups
- 50 V-crunches
- 10 pull ups
My end goal however is to increase this load (over the next few months) to:
- 20 pull ups
- 100 push ups
- 20 pull ups
- 100 bicycle crunches
- 20 pull ups
- 100 Dips
- 20 pull ups
- 100 V-crunches
- 20 pull ups
In order to do this however I will need to wake up earlier & sacrifice sleep…boo!
As far as running goes, it’s getting colder outside which means more fun runs! (I loathe running in the heat!).
