Beast Mode Goals: 50 x 50 x 50 x 10km
I need to finish this before the World Cup begins (oh, & go USA!!!!).
Basically 50 standard pushups followed by 50 bicycle crunches followed by 50 V-sit-ups (the latter puts your abs on fire!).
Plus a 10 kilometer run afterwards!
I am committing to exercising consistently instead of whenever I’m free throughout the week.
End goal: 100 by 100 by 100 by 20 kilometers.
