Before 5 am each morning I exercise by doing:
- 50 push-ups
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 50 dips
- 50 V-crunches
I am going to double that amount in each category as my body is becoming accustomed to the current stress lode placed upon it.
I also need to run more but I will do that during my off days.
