Evil≠Good, Light≠Darkness

God is love & God is full of mercy but God does not condone evil.

“But the Lord of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness. (Isaiah 5:16)”

Personally I boast a libertarian outlook when it comes to views ranging from politics, economics, freedom, war, philosophy, etcetera.

This (technically) means I prefer not to involve myself in the personal vices of others so long as their choices (whether productive or destructive) do not hinder or hurt others directly. (especially myself!)

God however disagrees with my enlightened line of rational reasoning…

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

“Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! (Isaiah 5:20–21)”

Endorsing evil is not acceptable in his sight but apparently neither is keeping silence while it happens.

Adjusting my viewpoint of live & let live attitude will not be easy, but it will be necessary if I desire to advance down the path of godliness…Selah.
