Promises of God based upon Faith‽

God is gracious & God is mighty but God will not waste his power upon me if I am skeptical about his promises for my life.

​”Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.“

“For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.” (Apostle Paul, Hebrews 4:1–2)

Faith requires action — not waiting — & demands that I live with the intention of seeing the Almighty’s operate in my life.

Just as a farmer prepares to till, seed & fertilize his land with the expectation of seeing rain water a pending harvest so must I prepare to work, save & pray with the expectation of God fulfilling a long held dream.
