Work Hard…And Seize Opportunities…

It amazes me how wise King Solomon was in his day. After all, his writings are influencing people thousands of years later!

Anyways this is advice I should meditate upon daily.

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all. (King Solomon, Ecclesiastes 9:10–11)

Basically I will never know when an opportunity will lead towards reward or regret but either way I need to focus on performing whatever task assigned to me with excellence.

After all I will be dead some day & when that happens I will no longer be able to achieve great things within this fragile carbon vessel.
