Location: Near end of Marine Street, Manhattan Beach, CA

Time: Morning ( approx. 6:30–8:30)

Conditions: 1–2' waves, low tide rising through the morning, glassy conditions

Equipment: 8' Almond R-Series

Company: None

Forgot to enter from yesterday. Relatively unremarkable session. Got to Manhattan Beach around 5:30 in the morning and ended up finding a free spot on Marine street so that’s where I ended up paddling out. The tide was just coming up from a negative low so I took my team getting out hoping the marginal conditions would improve slightly. I caught some waves. Of course being a warm 3-day weekend, the water started getting crowded as the morning went on, so I decided to call it a day sometime between 8 and 8:30.
