How to land your first job in Web3?

Tips for finding your first job in a Web3 company:

• First of all, we can all work on Web3. No matter where you come from or who you are, there is a place for you. It’s up to you to figure out what you like and then create and build on blockchain.
• The jobs with the highest demand in Web3 are Solidity developers. However, UX UI designers, marketing, community managers, moderators, project managers, and even graphic designers are also needed.
• Most jobs in Web3 are remote, and companies require that talent have the same time zone to work. However, it is not always a requirement.
• Talent always has to do a preliminary investigation of the job, including the culture, the team, and the mission. That way, before applying, you know that you like the job and don’t waste your or the recruiter’s time.
• In Web3, most companies are like start-ups, so they ask for talent to be passionate about their work and the company’s mission. In some companies, you may even be interviewed by the CEO. They look for a good match with the talent.
• Be resourceful and never stop learning. Take advantage of all the resources you have at your disposal.

Tips para encontrar tu primer trabajo en una compañía en Web3:

• En primer lugar todos podemos trabajar en Web3. No importa de dónde vengas o quién eres hay un lugar para ti. Es primero averiguar lo que a ti te gusta crear y construir en blockchain.
• Los trabajos con mayor demanda en Web3 son developers de Solidity, sin embargo también se necesita UX UI designers, marketing, community manager, moderadores, project managers hasta diseñadores gráficos.
• La mayoría de trabajos en Web3 son remotos y las empresas requieren que el talento tenga el mismo time zone para trabajar, sin embargo no es siempre es un requerimiento.
• El talento siempre tiene que hacer una investigación previa de lo que consiste el trabajo. Incluyendo la cultura, el equipo y la misión. Así antes de postular sabe que le gusta el trabajo y no pierde su tiempo o el del recruiter.
• En Web3 la mayoría de compañías son como start-up entonces piden que el talento este apasionado por su trabajo y por la mision de la empresa. En algunas empresas te puede tocar ser entrevistado hasta por el CEO. Ellos buscan un buen match con el talento
